Every player gets their own winning moment, derived as HMAC-SHA256(day_secret, your_user_id) mod 86400. Before the cycle opens, the server publishes the SHA-256 hash of that day's secret. After midnight UTC it publishes the secret itself, so you can recompute your own moment and confirm nothing moved while you were playing.
